Workshop Application

  1. Participation Conditions:
    1. Only registered Junior Enterprises are eligible and able to apply for Workshops.
    2. All applications should be sent with the support of the files attached.
    3. Trainers' CV / Resumé must be sent with the application.
    4. Each application has to be sent separately according to 1.8.
    5. There's no application limit for each JE but the JE must do a preference list. Jury can limit the number of workshops per JE to be analyzed.
    6. JEWC "08 organization will not accept any application who does not respect the deadlines.

  2. Confirmations and others:
    1. JEWC '08 Workshops Team will always send an email to confirm the delivery of each application.
    2. If the application does not respect the rules, the team will give the opportunity to change the application (according the deadlines).
  3. Deadlines:
    1. Applications Opening: March 1 to May 1 (2008)
    2. Complete / Errors and other informations: May 8 (2008)
    3. Results: until June 1 (2008)
    4. Presentation / Workshops: July 4-5 (2008)
  4. Jury: Members from JEWC '08 organization team (Workshops and Conferences).
